In crisis mode, Midwest Kia went above and beyond I was returning from a trip on a Friday, late afternoon. Concerned about the weekend and the safety of the vehicle, I headed to Midwest Kia - apologizing for my unplanned visit - they quickly took the vehicle in and diagnosed a seat bolt had come out and promptly replaced it - in and out in less than an hour - without an appointment - the service was exceptional, prompt and shows why the overall service experience of this dealership has been a perfect 10/10 since I bought the Sorento a year ago.
