I took my car in for what I thought was wheel bearings but the service technician said it wasn't that at all and that I needed new tires and an alignment. I had two comforters that I intended to take to the Laundromat afterwards but since they needed time to put the tires on and do the alignment, they took me to the Laundromat and picked me up when they were done with the car. They got it done in a reasonable amount of time, and I was able to get two things done at once! More

It is only about the sale This was the first time l purchased a car on my own. The salesman was okay. The finance guy was cold, rude, and uncaring. During one of our conversations with the top guy he literally said to me that at that point the sale really didn't matter because the time had come and gone for the sale to make a difference for the salesperson quota/commission for the month. I felt like since l was not buying new or spending alot of money they really could care less. More
