Just a word of caution and I am sure it is Midwest Kia policy, so no impute to advisors or technicians; service sales recommendations are somewhat questionable. If I did not know what the status of my "out of Kia original warranty" was in terms of service and repair, as many people do not know, I would probably purchase services that I truly did not need. Perhaps it would be better to ask a question rather than make a recommendation, e.g. When did you last have your transmission serviced?, rather than, we recommend your transmission be serviced and that will cost $xxx.xx. If it has not been otherwise serviced, then recommend the service. Etc.. Upon conclusion of my most recent visit, I had 5 services recommended to me and the cost quote for each. All but 2 had been completed by a less expensive but highly recommended shop in Derby, KS, and AutoZone will put on purchased windshield wipers at no cost and the recommended "alignment due to tire wear" was declined because the tires (according to KIa inspection) are wearing evenly (rated 6 on both front and 7 on both rear) and the vehicle does not "pull" to one or the other direction at different speeds on a fairly flat road. If tire wear showed a 2 or 3 point difference between the front tires, I would believe I need an alignment, particularly if the vehicle was pulling or ebbed to one direction or the other when the steering wheel is free and car in motion. More

Great I live an hour away. I had a recall. So I also scheduled an oil change. I needed several other things and they told me about them and let me decide wh I live an hour away. I had a recall. So I also scheduled an oil change. I needed several other things and they told me about them and let me decide which I thought were important. They also washed and vacuumed the car during the service (which costs as much as Wal-Mart or quick lubes minus the wash). Braeden was my advisor and she was great! More
