I purchased my car for the dealership in 2019 and have been coming here for every services. At first in it was a great experience, until recent 2 years when everything start going downhill. My previous service, I decided to take it elsewhere as their schedule couldn't locate my account and I have no time to call and get thing sort out. A month ago, I got a postcard reminding me that I still have 2 prepaid services left on my plan (thank you for that), so last week, I took my car in for 70K service, and when arrived, they said there was no appt under my name (I got a email confirmation from a week before I when scheduled it online), and with no apology or explanation. And when I picked up the car a few hours later, interaction with my advisor with bare minimum as compare to previous experience. I feel like they don't really care about their customer. Also they didn't provide me a carwash voucher (I was in a rush to get my kids from school and didn't bother U-turning to ask for one). A day after my service, I got text message as well as email message asking me to review my experience and when I clicked on the link in text or email, it said "no customer found" and I continue to get similar message for the next 5 days with the same error. I wish I could give this business a NEGATIVE 5 stars. I can't wait to use up all my prepaid services and cut the rope with the sketchy business and service. I will not buy another vehicle from the dealership ever again or recommend this place to anyone. More

We tried several other dealers in the area, and all of them were either disinterested in helping us get into the car we wanted, or failed, and didn't call us to admit they quit trying. Had to wait 3 hours today bc I didn’t have an appointment. The music was way too loud but there was plenty of seating. First I want to highlight the young lady at the snack and coffee counter. I forgot to get her name but she was so nice. Last but not least Erica in service was awesome! She went above and beyond, answered questions without getting annoyed with us. I haven’t had great customer service like that in a while. She was great I hope they’re treating her right. I will definitely be back and hopefully Erica will be able to help us next time. More

Bought our 2109 Rae 4 here new. It was the best experience I’ve ever had in buying a new vehicle. They have also serviced the car and did dry well. Unfortunately we had 2 issue It was the best experience I’ve ever had in buying a new vehicle. They have also serviced the car and did dry well. Unfortunately we had 2 issues with the car that were not our fault and were not covered by the warranty….a leaky roof rack and failing hinges on the rear hatch. Both were expensive repairs (probably $2000 for each) but in both cases this dealer did them for no charge as they appeared to be manufacturing defects. We really appreciated them doing these for us. More

My last two visits in the service department have been very disappointing. I had expected my Prius to get over 180K miles since I have taken the car in for service at regular intervals and always had work that was recommended performed by them. Wondering if their taking an excessive amount of time (charging me for every hour) to find the issue when my check engine light came on wasn't to encourage me to buy a new car... which worked. I was very happy with the salesperson who showed me a car I saw online while sitting in their waiting room. I bought the car and was satisfied with the process of the purchase. Decided to check the oil on the new car recently and saw the oil line was above the top line on the dip stick. When I went in to have the excess oil removed (according to what I've read overfilling is BAD for the car), the service tech remarked the oil was only a little over. I thought he was snarky and the oil was OVER the top line, which means OVER-FILLED. I heard this dealership was sold sometime in the last couple of years and maybe that change wasn't a good thing for the customers. More
took my work vehicle in to have an oil change and asked them to remove a rat nest. After taking the vehicle back in, as the technician had not removed the nest, and making me wait again, I checked the veh them to remove a rat nest. After taking the vehicle back in, as the technician had not removed the nest, and making me wait again, I checked the vehicle this morning - and the rat nest is still there. Sadly this is the this time in a row that this service (can you call it that when you don't get the service right?) 60K service - check engine light came on within 15 miles of service - oxygen sensor was not put back properly. Next oil change - they "forgot" to tighten the drainage plus and the oil leaked all over my driveway - could have blown my engine. Now this? Terrible, terrible service. Will see what the Service Manager has to say when he calls me back. More

He was thorough, straight forward, most knowledgeable and helped us very much in selecting and obtaining a Toyota Corolla give him a 5+ Star Rating. He was thorough, straight forward, most knowledgeable and helped us very much in selecting and obtaining a Toyota Corolla Hybrid that would and has entirely met our needs. When we took delivery he thoroughly introduced us to the capabilities of a car that met all of our needs, especially the updated safety features so important to us at our advancing age. He took us for an introductory drive and offered to see us again for another visit should we need it. Everyone else at Michael's Toyota was also very easy and straightforward to work with. There were NO surprises in the negotiation process in distinct contrast to a prior unnamed dealership at which we were whipsawed after we thought we had reached a deal. M. and B. More
