What Others Say

Total fake advertising regarding their coupon about oil change. They don't mention cost of Labor. They gave me a discount of $70 however this is what charges for LABOR were: $84.99 for flow sensor cleaner, $ 129.95 throttle body cleaner, $216.99 for brake flush, $64.95 for air filter replacement. Total labor: $445.15 for less that an hour of work. This is outrageous and a total reap off. Will not do business with them again.

Horrible service. Serviced my Toyota at Michael's for 6 years, the same dealer that sold to the original owner (I'm #2). Loyal. Just finished paying for another annual service. Check engine light comes on when I get home. They didn't try to get my service back. Just acted like it wasn't their fault. This place used to be different. The owner's of Michael's actually called to personally offer me a refund once years ago. Right now it feels like that guy is gone.

Horrible service, management, and condescending people to work with. Continually lied, added upcharges, and were rude. Look at their pricing and compare it to anywhere else in Washington - their prices are massively inflated and basically price gouging. JC and Manny were the worst. JC continually lied about what was being offered and when a simple google search disproved him - he attacked me. Manny was similar but even more rude. Avoid and don't do business with them

My buying experience at Michael's Toyota of Bellevue was frictionless. Amrit (sales rep) was a consummate professional and attentive to all aspects of the buying process.

Bought a brand new Limited Edition Toyota RAV4. Explained it was important to have GPS in the car. Sales associate and general manager assured me the GPS was excellent. They carefully demonstrated the various features, etc. No one said a word about an ANNUAL subscription cost. One year later, the GPS suddenly stopped working. Found out only then that I have to pay an annual fee to have a functioning GPS. The sales associate and general manager at Michael's Toyota clearly presented their "GPS spiel" so as to carefully avoid mentioning the annual subscription. That was dishonest and petty. I paid handsomely for a brand new top-of-the-line RAV4 but they still went out of their way to nickel-and-dime me while being devious at the same time. Went back to the dealership today. The general Sales Manager spoke to me like I was an idiot for not knowing there was an annual subscription cost. Made it clear he couldn't care less about my trivial problem. Recommend you avoid this dealership.
