We went in to see about a new Camry Hybrid. We were still shopping and comparing and were not going to purchase that day no matter what. While Jay was friendly, when he go the "Costco Manager" Kylan t still shopping and comparing and were not going to purchase that day no matter what. While Jay was friendly, when he go the "Costco Manager" Kylan things changed quickly. First the extreme high pressure sales tactics were ugly. Second when we said we were leaning towards used and this Kylan found out they didn't have what we wanted used he started talking about how new is better, and Camry's don't depreciate at all. He mentioned a 2010 Camry Hybrid that he said was KBB (kelly blue book) retail valued at over $30,000. I countered that a 2010 with less than 12,000 miles was actually valued at $27.165 according to the KBB. He got quite an attitude at that. Stating how he had been doing this for "over 18 years." That I was "wrong and didn't know what I was talking about." Little did he know that I had a printout from KBB that was printed less than 6 hours previously that showed exactly $27,165 for a fully loaded 2010 Camry Hybrid with less than 12,000 miles. When I told him this, he got even more defensive and went on and on about how I was wrong and he knew what he was talking about, etc.. Oh MY! What a terrible experience! To tell a customer that they are lying to their face when they actually have the proof! Well, I told him that there was no way we were going to do business and said "And you know, you shouldn't argue with customers when they have proof they are right," he just said "GOODBYE" and turned around and stormed away. Yeah, what professional conduct. Needless to say we won't be purchasing anything from them! More
I went to Michael's Toyota this weekend to look for a new car. I wasn't sure what I wanted so I wanted to test drive several different vehicles. Sheree, the salesperson, was very helpful and very patient with me as I test drove 4 different Toyotas. I really liked the Yaris, but I still wasn't sure, so I wanted to go to some other dealerships and see what other brands had to offer. Sheree was very understanding about this too and told me she hoped to see me back later in the day. After test driving several other cars I did go back to Michael's Toyota to buy the Yaris. I got a great deal and 0% financing. I am very happy! More
I went to Michael's Toyota because I found a used Toyota that I was interested in on their website. I had a great experience from the time I walked in the door until drove away with my new car. I would that I was interested in on their website. I had a great experience from the time I walked in the door until drove away with my new car. I would highly recommend Mike Burrow as a sales person. He was able to answer all of my questions and even in the discussion of price, I was treated with respect. I didn't get quite as much for my trade in as I would have liked, but I need to be realistic too. This was my best car buying experience yet and I will definitely go to Michael's Toyota again. More
Horrible. SIgned a contract to sell a car at a given price, then reneged. Called AG office in Washington state..only to be told "get in line if you're complaning about Michaels". This has to be one of the worst used car buying experiences I have ever had and at 64 years I've had a few. We were lied to numerous times, phone calls were not returned, and the car was not delive experiences I have ever had and at 64 years I've had a few. We were lied to numerous times, phone calls were not returned, and the car was not delivered on time. We are still in an on going battle, well its one sided since they are not responding to phone calls or certified mail. At this point there is a missing electronic key fob, that the dealer had in their possession that were were never given, so someone associated with the dealership has a working key fob for our car and knows our address. I'm ready to file complaints with the Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. My advice to anyone thinking about dealing with Michaels Toyota, run don't walk to some other dealer. I wanted to trade in my vehicle and buy a new one. First, I was offered what KBB rated as "good" for my vehicle (almost brand new in pristine condition, freshly detailed and serviced). I countered, we went back to KBB, and the new estimate was over 1K higher. They came back with an auction report and said they no longer go by KBB, but by market price... apparently they changed their policy in the space of 3 minutes. We walked out, never to return. More
Really disgusted with the discrimation we faced at Michales Toyota at 203 116th Ave Ne, Bellevue, WA 98004. We went looking to test drive a Prius. They didn't have any model to show us, so we were told that we could look into a already sold car from "OUTSIDE", but could not sit inside. The salesman said 'You wouldn't want people sitting inside the car if it were you". We understood and said yes. And just a couple of minutes later, while we were still browsing from outside he brought another couple and let them go sit in the car and see it from inside. When we asked him if it was their car, he said no they are just looking at it. We left disgusted after being treated in such a discrimatory fashion. More
I was looking for a used 4Runner and stopped at this dealership. Everyone was nice and I took a Sales Person's card to call them back. A few days later, I was at a different dealership and decided to dealership. Everyone was nice and I took a Sales Person's card to call them back. A few days later, I was at a different dealership and decided to make a purchase at the other place. Later in the week, the sales rep from Michael's called me back and I told him I had already purchased elsewhere, and he launched into a swearing and screaming fit before slamming down the phone on me. I couldn't believe it and will never even go there again. Obviously, extremely unprofessional. More
