I was looking for a used 4Runner and stopped at this dealership. Everyone was nice and I took a Sales Person's card to call them back. A few days later, I was at a different dealership and decided to dealership. Everyone was nice and I took a Sales Person's card to call them back. A few days later, I was at a different dealership and decided to make a purchase at the other place. Later in the week, the sales rep from Michael's called me back and I told him I had already purchased elsewhere, and he launched into a swearing and screaming fit before slamming down the phone on me. I couldn't believe it and will never even go there again. Obviously, extremely unprofessional. More
