Great service and fair deal on new Rav 4 I compared the Mazda and Subaru comps to the Rav4 and was getting frustrated. Subaru did'nt have enough room in the back for a large breed dog and it I compared the Mazda and Subaru comps to the Rav4 and was getting frustrated. Subaru did'nt have enough room in the back for a large breed dog and it felt small, but I like the outdoor sportiness. We're an active family. The Mazda CR5 looks and feels like a grandparents car but has great safety features like the Subaru. Michael Henning really listend to my complaints of both and introduced me to the new Rav4 Adventure which just debuted in Sept. I love it! Not only do I get the good gas mileage, all the safety features and the more aggressive looks, but the heat package, moon roof, nav and sporty trim are awesome! I was trying to sell my truck privately but they gave me a trade in value that made sense with the tax credit so that I could more easily make the transition. Thank you for listening Mr. Henning! Thank you to Christian for all the operations training and setup during delivery. I've never had someone walk through all the functions of a new car and customize the settings with me. Great touch. I was apprised of a couple air filter issues which she explained in detail and which I could easily fix myself. She never applied pressure to have the service department fix the issues but asked if I felt comfortable fixing them myself as it would be less costly if I were up for it. I wish all service coordinators applied that approach. It changed the experience to a very positive one for me. Thank you Sarah! More
