He was friendly, professional, and courteous, even loaned me a charging cable when my phone ran low on battery. The whole buying experience went smoothly and I was offered a good deal on a 2017 Prius (better than another Toyota dealership had offered). I also appreciated the coffee and cookies the dealership offered while we waited to sign the paperwork. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others looking to buy a Toyota. More

My best car buying experience EVER I have to admit, I went to Michael’s Toyota somewhat reluctantly. I had a bad experience there when I bought my last car, eight years ago. So bad, that I travel 30 miles to a different dealership. However, it’s close to my house, so it was a convenient first dealership to stop at on my new car search. And my how things have changed! From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated with courtesy and respect. Sales negotiations and relevant costs were disclosed with 100 percent transparency and honesty. Sales staff listened to my requests, and answered my questions. The dealership was also respectful of my time, and the entire transaction from start to finish took place in a very reasonable timeframe. Absolutely no high-pressure arm twisting tactics. Michael Lambert was my salesman, and I will look for him again next time I buy a car. I will also always start at Michael’s Toyota from now on, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. More
