Follow up on certified car purchase I purchased a certified 2015 Prius in November. I noticed that the rear window defrost was not working correctly. A few of the lines of defrost didn't come on and the bottom window didn't work at all. When the technicians checked it out at the dealership, they said it looked like a dog had scratched the window and it would not be covered. I had a Prius before this for 10 years and had my dogs in it countless times. I do not believe my dogs would have scratched the window in the two times they had been in the car. I was very dismayed that the dealership would not repair it. Otherwise, I have been very happy with their service over the years. Maureen Ahern More

When I drive there for service or to look at cars I pass by a couple of other Toyota dealerships and never think about stopping. My work with Farid starts with an e-mail and from there I know he is on the lookout for me as his client. He works diligently to get me the car that meets my criteria and at very reasonable prices. Farid represents Michael's well. I am looking forward to the next vehicle that I will be purchasing, and it will be again with an e-mail or a call to Farid. More

Sales people are rude. Purchased a pre-owned certified vehicle and it came full of scratches and corrosion. I asked to fix the issues and the sales guy told me "what do you expect, it's a used vehicle" Yes used but certified. It doesn't suppose to have all these cosmetic issues. They charge a lot for their vehicle and the sales team don't treat you well. Looks like all they care is how many cars they sell per moth. I don't think I will purchase another vehicle there. The service lady was nice. But the sales people suck. More
