I purchased a 2014 Toyota Tundra from Michael Hohl in Carson City. The truck is amazing. It rides smooth, it's powerful, and it is beautiful inside. Caitlyn Callahan and Yonny Salgado went above and beyond to make sure my purchasing experience was quick, easy, and enjoyable. Prior to arriving to the dealership Caitlyn was extremely helpful texting me additional information about the truck I was interested in and answering all of my questions. She even took additional pictures and sent them to me. Arriving at the the facility Yonny was helpful, courteous and never once became "pushy." The follow up was exceptional as well. I had already bought the truck. They already had my business. I will refer Michael Hohl to anyone I know buying a car because of the service. I contacted the dealership recently as I realized my truck and wheel locks (locking lug nuts) on it and I could not find a key anywhere. Caitlyn called me immediately and helped me problem solve the issue. It is a rare occurrence to have a dealership go out of its way to meet or beat another shops estimate. This was exactly what happened to me. A friend of mine was talking to one of their friends that happe its way to meet or beat another shops estimate. This was exactly what happened to me. A friend of mine was talking to one of their friends that happened to work at this dealership. He told them about my not so good situation. Not only did they go out of their way to contact me, but collaboratively worked together throughout multiple departments to give me the best possible price that matched my lowest estimate. It was a no brainer for me to go with GM certified technicians backed by a GM warranty that is next to none. Bill kept me informed of the progress and even sent me pictures by text to keep me abreast of all the things that were finally falling into place. By the time I had picked up my truck, I felt that I had known Bill for quite along time. In short, the folks at Micheal Hohl GMC are good down to earth people that want to help you with your automotive needs. I would highly recommend these great folks to my closest friends. Funny how you have been dealing with a company about fixing the car when it’s there own fault for sealing a dud car to you in the first place. It’s been 7 months now I’ve had this car and 3-4 mo they’ve fixing the car when it’s there own fault for sealing a dud car to you in the first place. It’s been 7 months now I’ve had this car and 3-4 mo they’ve had it off and on fixing things. Well we’ve been trying to contact joe at the service department for another scheduled fix because the grinding noise is still there when I turn left. Well it’s been going on 3 weeks and my father has left plenty of messages and no call backs. You would figure that by them telling me the last time they want to make things right they would get stuff done right. Right nope it’s been a xxxx hassle I am sick of commuting every other month and having to wait. The car bumper fender underneath still flaps while driving ruining my tires. I don’t feel safe in this car and they do not care about customers concerns at all.... if we don’t hear back and have a set appointment next step is going to a lawyer bc this is going to make it the fourth time coming in to fixing the car. It’s getting ridiculous and I am tired now the weather getting worse in nevada I am feeling very unsafe especially when I turn left the car making that noise and then it kicks every now and then I am sure there is more stuff wrong with this car then just underneath. You would think just so we don’t have to continue to deal with this hassle they’d just check everything over bc I mean hello the car was damaged from day one. Not by me nor my family but from the guy who traded it in. They should have known about the car before selling it I mean they did the smog check and safety supposedly. All false statements n claims.
