Prior to arriving to the dealership Caitlyn was extremely helpful texting me additional information about the truck I was interested in and answering all of my questions. She even took additional pictures and sent them to me. Arriving at the the facility Yonny was helpful, courteous and never once became "pushy." The follow up was exceptional as well. I had already bought the truck. They already had my business. I will refer Michael Hohl to anyone I know buying a car because of the service. I contacted the dealership recently as I realized my truck and wheel locks (locking lug nuts) on it and I could not find a key anywhere.
