Great service & awesome deals! 13 years ago I purchased a new car from Metro Ford and I have had nothing but superior service with the dealership and the car so, when it came time 13 years ago I purchased a new car from Metro Ford and I have had nothing but superior service with the dealership and the car so, when it came time to upgrade my vehicle the dealership of choice was easy. This time around again I had an exceptional experience from everyone. They were kind and worked efficiently to find just the right vehicle for me. I would recommend this dealership everyone! More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER -- AVOID THIS DEALER In the past two years, I have purchased two vehicles from Metro Ford (within one month of each other). I thought my lease was coming due in a few mont In the past two years, I have purchased two vehicles from Metro Ford (within one month of each other). I thought my lease was coming due in a few months and so I went in early to check out vehicle replacement options. At the dealership, the salesman indicated that my lease wasn't ending in a few months, it actually ended in less than two weeks! Hearing this, I immediately jumped into action to replace the car and in less than two days, had one car from Metro Ford and a competitor's option in the running. The competitor had the best deal, so I went with them. When I went to turn in the lease to Metro Ford, they said "your lease doesn't end at the end of this month, it ends in a year." Yup. Their associate told me incorrect information that it ended at the end of the month. I realize I am a bonehead for not realizing when my lease was actually up. However, I would not have been so driven to replace my lease had their associate not told me the lease was ending in two weeks. When presented the situation a few days later, the GM (who didn't have the character or professionalism to call me personally), said that they can only buy the vehicle for its trade-in value (which would have netted them a nice profit when they eventually sold it, btw) and would ultimately cost me 5-6 grand out of pocket. Or, the other gem they had was that I should just try to sell it myself to limit my losses if -- get this -- I didn't want to keep the lease until it ended. They also had the gall to say that it was unfortunate that I didn't buy their car, because then the lease confusion would have been discovered before I purchased the replacement. Yup. While I acknowledged my responsibility in not validating the lease's actual end date multiple times and remained civil throughout the interaction, their ultimate "offer" clearly proved to me Metro Ford does not stand behind the mistakes of their associates -- especially those that cause their customers to make bad decisions. Had they not sent me out with the understanding that I had less than two weeks to get a another car, I would never had acted with such urgency to replace it. I will NEVER shop at Metro Ford again. They don't own up to the mistakes of their team and only care about the money they can rake off of people. No customer obsession AT ALL! Stay away! More

Pleasant experience I went into the dealership not really knowing what to do - keep my car and make the necessary maintenance-tires and brakes- or purchase a new car. I said yes and he said ok. They both walked away and the salesman came back $600+ above what we had just talked about. Disappointed with management but it was still a good enough deal for me to buy the vehicle. More
