But once I got threw and showed them my desire to purchase a vehicle they did great with helping me. Once I reached the dealership the sales team was awesome and the vehicle was everything they said it was. Metro Ford gets a solid 4/5 stars from me. Help in a pinch I was stranded without a vehicle and got a great vehicle in the end. The other dealerships I stopped to had 10 people come and talk to me to desperately keep me in for a much worse vehicle at a much worse price so I appreciated that John let the process work on my terms. After looking at cars at several different places on Saturday and having no luck in my city, Milwaukee, I was exhausted and starting to believe that I was the Goldielocks of car buying; no car was "just right." On a whim I expanded my radius (again) on autotrader and found my perfect car at Metro Ford! Driving in from Milwaukee took longer than anticipated, and I ended up arriving just a bit before closing. Nicky already had the car ready and warm, always a plus in below freezing weather. During the test drive she was sociable yet professional and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured by her for a sale and she took the time to address all of my concerns thouroughly. I would definitely recommend Nicky to anyone looking for a fun and easy car buying experience! More
