It was a terrible terrible experience. The entire team is a huge lier. I was offered extremely expensive price…. I was also promised to get a wall box for free…. But I didn’t receive after two weeks and FedEx tracking showing invalid… after I put a bad review, the sales manager called me and tried to fix the bad experience. She promised to get wall box for me… and asked me to change the review to 5 stars so she can get her bonus. I helped her to do an 5 star and hoping I will be helped. After I fixed the review to 5 star, she told me the wall box is “out of stock.” Funny thing is I received the charger the next day…. Basically she lied to me about she was fixing issues for me. I will not believe this dealer any more…. Certainly not recommending this dealer to ANYONE. More
