Over all it was just like buying any car from any dealership. Coming from the car business myself I have full understanding of what happens in the front and the back of car deals. I would have rate dealership. Coming from the car business myself I have full understanding of what happens in the front and the back of car deals. I would have rated this dealer a 5 out of 5. But several things happened that took away 1 star for sure and then the level of false statements will loose a star too. 1) being told that adding more money to my down payment, might deny my deal from the bank. (Complete xx) 2) telling me my credit app was Denied from my credit union whom I just paid off an older vehicle from in 13 months, and we have a 750 and 830 credit score also COMPLETE xx. 3)telling me the vehicle still had to go through detail and 1-3pm is when I could pick it up, when the night before the sales manager told me the car was ready for 9am pick up. I know this is so the sales person doesn’t have to split the deal because they had other things to do, leads you to believe that even more when the sales person says “only talk to me about the car, I will be your start to finish”… 4) “*additional ….” I clearly explained my experience in the car industry(8+ years from sales, used car manager, sales management, operations management) I stated at the beginning bring me this with no added on anything. This is a used car I’m not interested in anything. First counter offer wasn’t even a counter offer. It was the full asking price with an additional 1595 added on for “Zurich” paint and interior protection. When I said remove that like I told you earlier I was stopped and told “you have to have that It’s already on the car…” also ANOTHER FALSE STATEMENT but in 2 ways. -1- I do not have to add any additional service or item on any vehicle I purchase. -2- paint and interior protection packages are aftermarket items, that are added in and performed during the car detail portion of the prep/delivery process after the car sale/deal is closed and negotiated. This “added” service is something that takes less 20 minutes and is NEVER completed before a vehicle is sold. Also the reason for turning down this added service is for several reasons. The cost of these services are less the $50(this is a high number) I would NEVER even spend that on them let alone an astronomical $1595. Sales person would have got a 5 out of 5 if he would t have soft lied and said things that aren’t real about car deals and everything else I would rate him a 3 for treating me like I was stupid. Overall I got the vehicle I showed up to buy, for a price that I was comfortable to pay. The only reason for 4 stars is the level of transparency and just being upfront. I’m a very do what you say and listen to your customer type of person. What I asked for is very simple and straight forward with enough back story to support what I’m saying is actually true, if things were said honestly and not just things that sound good to your typical customer a 5 would have been given, I would have had NO complaints if the stuff above would t have been done. Truly I’m going back and forth for a 3 star review. What I can say is the dealership was clean, up to date and extremely nice. With a huge selection of used and new vehicles. I even liked my sales person, but don’t like when someone says something that I know is not the truth, it makes me feel like they are treating me like I’m stupid, and leaves me without a good feeling. Someone so experienced as who I was dealing with would make such a bad choice to do what I outlined above. Dealership 5 out of 5 Our finance manager was phenomenal. Listened to my back story understood what I was saying about not wanting anything explained my position respected what I said. He still recommended a few things, which I would have purchased if my plan was to keep the vehicle longer than I am. Finance manager 5 out of 5!!! Interaction with sales manager. He was great, on top of it, very helpful, and straight to the point with no xx. 5 out of 5 I would recommend the dealership but would say another salesman More
As always, George Kakish is excellent! All the work was performed as requested, and the loaner vehicle was the type I expected to get when I went to the dealer. All the work was performed as requested, and the loaner vehicle was the type I expected to get when I went to the dealer. More
The worst dealership and service ever. I have to look for a customer service and ask around because no one seems to know anything. The worst service for Mercedes benz. Didn’t install my ca I have to look for a customer service and ask around because no one seems to know anything. The worst service for Mercedes benz. Didn’t install my car back properly and the carpet from an inside was popping out. Demitra asked me to give her a 5 points for everything because it’s going to affect her. This is ridiculous. She should ask the customer to provide a survey, but she should not tell the customer what to give her or what point should the customer put for her. First of all she doesn’t deserve a 5 at all. Dealership should tell their employees to stop telling a customer what to put for the reviews. More

I bought a 2020 S560 on Dec. 29, 2023 January 18, 2024: Car went back for 1st repair to fix a chip in rear spoiler and fix the issue that the engine cover is missing. However, t 29, 2023 January 18, 2024: Car went back for 1st repair to fix a chip in rear spoiler and fix the issue that the engine cover is missing. However, the dealer told me that I need to make another appointment to comeback to fix the gas door. January 30, 2024, there was a second repair needed for the same issues. As of now, March 5, the car is not ready yet for me to pickup. The wait is too long to fix a car that I just bought. If the car is not ready to be sold, it should not be for sale. This is taking a long time and not a Mercedes standard. This is unacceptable. More
