They had replaced a thermostat in a used vehicle I purchased from West Covina Mercedes while I waited for the salesperson to bring vehicle as she pulled up the car smelled like coolant burning I had t purchased from West Covina Mercedes while I waited for the salesperson to bring vehicle as she pulled up the car smelled like coolant burning I had told her I don’t want to take the vehicle I just bought like this so she told me she would take it back took her 3 days to do so then the vehicle was supposedly fixed as another sales person brings the vehicle back driving it for 30/40 miles the low coolant light pops up so again I had to take the vehicle myself back to the service department get a rental and so fourth I’m disappointed with the quality of this facility from my experience with there repair quality More
need to work on service timing! if you schedule a car in for service on a specific day and time them it would not be beyond expecting that your car would be worked on that day not 2 if you schedule a car in for service on a specific day and time them it would not be beyond expecting that your car would be worked on that day not 2 days later. if timing is not available then you should not schedule the appointment. just let the customer know so they can decide when they want to drop off their cars.
