The service I had at Penske was horrendous! What's even worse is when I complained, no one even bother to respond to my inquiries. The advisor left the office without letting me know the status of my car. When I got in to pick up my car after 5PM, no one even bothered to tell me where to pay for my car either. They just kept sending me to whomever they thought should be responsible for my presence! It was ridiculous! I would NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership! What bothers me even more is that I have a Lexus, and the service at Longo Lexus has always been marvelous! Same company, completely different service, what is wrong?! More

After getting frustrated and treated like a dumb girl at the dealership in Van Nuys I went to Penske. I made my deal via email and phne with Tina Barela. She was fantastic. I drove down today and had them value my current car and traded it in as well because they gave me a good price on it as well. Total of 2 hours and I have my new car.
