The dealership failed in its attention to detail. The car was "detailed" with a dirty cloth, leaving smears and dirt spots on the window mirrors, dashboard and HUD. No issue with service representative; however, waiting for my car was extremely slow and cumbersome. Toyota dealership has faster service than here. I drove the car in for a A2 service the lady called me and told me it’s free and also we need to service the recall By the time I got there, it was not free. I was told as $700 plus.And my A2 service war and told me it’s free and also we need to service the recall By the time I got there, it was not free. I was told as $700 plus.And my A2 service warranty was expired Went to the cashier to pick up my key just like the cashier just want to throw me the key the whole process. I think we only Exchange two words with no smile. Awful experience. The only thing is good. It was the coffee and a car wash not even that clean. More
