As a senior I appreciated him finding the car I requested, explaining and showing me all the features on the car and the willingness to answer/explain any question asked. I appreciated the thank you gifts (mats, cup and key chains). I have never experienced this type of customer treatment when formerly purchasing a car. Bad and very dissapointing experience The vehicle would not unlock, lock or even start when I came to the dealership to take delivery. What was supposed to take 45 minutes to 1 hour too 5 The vehicle would not unlock, lock or even start when I came to the dealership to take delivery. What was supposed to take 45 minutes to 1 hour too 5 hours and I still did not even get my vehicle, they had to give me a loaner. Then the vehicle still has many computer issues which are even MAJOR safety concerns. I travel extensively so I have only been able to inform the dealership and my attorney about the problems. I cannot even get a bill to begin paying for the remainder of the vehicle, I have had to turn it over for my attorney to obtain. Tish was the salesperson, she did great for what she had to work with.
