Buyer Beware on any Pre Owned cars at this dealership! My experience with this dealership was a total nightmare and is far from resolved. I was lied to by the salesman about the history of the car, told n My experience with this dealership was a total nightmare and is far from resolved. I was lied to by the salesman about the history of the car, told nothing was reported to Car Fax; told it was a 2016, and owned by one person who traded it in for a new car. I called Home Office and they did provide the Car Fax. When I read it I was sick. I said "no leased car, or loaners", it was a lease car and a rental. It was not a 2016, but 2015, which cost me the extra year on the existing warranty. I purchased paint protection application and he added it into the sales contract, but later found out it was not a Mercedes product, and no one in service had training for this application. The car in the showroom was done by the rep of the company selling this product. I told the Service Manager to be sure it was done right, by the rep if they were not trained and had experience with this product. They did it wrong, and damaged the front bumper. The next day he told me I had no paint warranty, only interior and the 2 yr. extended warranty I purchased for $3270, was not "bumper to bumper". So, they stated they would not replace the bumper but would fix it! Then after 3 months the rep would remove all this was sealant they put on and do it over, but they would not be responsible for anything going wrong, or the factory paint. This is fraud; thank God for the Home Office, they have been with me every step of the way. I have not put 30 miles on this car, it makes me sick to look at it and I loved it 2 weeks ago. I was treated so badly by that general manager and the salesman, and lied to by a few others. I will never go there again and they are responsible for all the damages they caused me while they had the car in the service department! Wow, I never purchased a pre owned car before, and never will again. This is a bad reflection on leadership; Yogi would not shake my hand when I put my hand out; what kind of dealership is this; really bad! More
