Wow! This was the absolute antithesis of what you might expect from a traditional "car lot" experience. After speaking with him on the phone several times, he gave me the most competitive quote on a new vehicle. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with a different dealership a couple weeks before. Due to that experience, it was very tough for me to get financially approved for the car of my choice. After a couple of days, lots of phone calls and a very tough fight from Ryan and Greg (on my behalf) against Mercedes Benz financial I was approved for the loan. Not only did they fight for me but they ended up getting me an even better deal than previously discussed. I feel that I have a small, new family with these guys.
