I came into Mercedes-Benz of Shreveport to simply get a leaking windshield fixed on a 2025 Mercedes. Turns out I was lied to by the selling staff, and my vehicle had the windshield replaced before I bought leaking windshield fixed on a 2025 Mercedes. Turns out I was lied to by the selling staff, and my vehicle had the windshield replaced before I bought it, but I was not informed. The windshield was incorrectly installed, causing water damage to the inside of my vehicle. When Mercedes finally accepted my car and decided to replace the windshield for the second time, they scratched the windshield glass in multiple places, took paint out of my hood, and did not correctly put my dash back together. Mercedes-Benz of Shreveport has now begun ignoring my calls, meanwhile, the trim in my vehicle is still falling apart with window adhesive all over the pillar post of my car with no one answering. I paid full price for a 2025 car from this dealership and have been treated like an idiot and told by the Service Management, “Your vehicle was like that when it arrived.” Now here I am a month later with a stuck 2025 car with 10,000 miles on it falling apart on the inside due to employee negligence. First of all I live in Texas. This is my second time using this location. I had to have cylinder head replaced few months ago. The wrecker service picked up my car took it to Mercedes Benz of SHREVEPORT. I received called from staff member. I was impressed first of all how nice kind and concerned everyone was. I was kept informed every time I called to check on things. . I was treated with much respect. Great customer service for sure and that’s important to me. My car was repaired with about 3 days impressive for sure. After this interaction with you all I was sold on having my car serviced here from now on instead of Arlington Tx location. I had the pleasure of working with Cameron this time. Cameron was very kind informative and professional. Kept me updated on progress of vehicle let me know about other recommendations, didn’t try to pressure me in any way. Even set up shuttle service while we waited. Whole experience was awesome and stress free. Thank you all again More
