Had a Mercedes on hold and when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told that the car was in the process of being sold to someone who walked in just 30 minutes before. They intentionally sold the car out from underneath me and neither the salesman or sales manager that confirmed the appointment with me would come out of their office to explain or to apologize. Especially frustrating, dishonest and disrespectful considering they both knew I was driving several hours from out of state to purchase the car. I have owned Mercedes for over 20 years and never had such a horrible experience with a dealership. Disappointing and absolutely not up to Mercedes standards. More

A.J. Miller went beyond our expansion to assure that our exaperiance was perfect. We live three hours north and were unable to bring the car home on the day that we were in the dealership. A.J. met us in Texarkana. We had a small issue, A.J. was very attentive and helpful to address our requests. We had to return our discovery for a small service on our way to vacation. A.J. met us with a new car and danishes, moved our luggage to the new car and all with a happy smile and at 7 a.m. on a Sunday morning! Great service! More
Awful This dealership is the worst. I bout an older mercedes not too long ago and it needs to be fixed. I called over there to tell them what problem I was This dealership is the worst. I bout an older mercedes not too long ago and it needs to be fixed. I called over there to tell them what problem I was having and they acted like they didn't want anything to do with it since it wasn't a brand new car. Then I talk to parts. When I talk to them I ask if I could just buy the part and put it in myself and guess what? They laughed in my face and acted like I was ignorant. Just because I don't have loads of money to throw at them to fix it doesn't mean I wouldnt pay to have it done. I would rather tow my car all the way to Houston or Dallas to get looked at by a Mercedes dealership than to take it to Shreveport. This dealership is a joke NEVER GO TO IT! More
Service In July 2016, I had my service B completed at this dealership. The service tech recommended service of my rear brakes and my brakes continues to prod In July 2016, I had my service B completed at this dealership. The service tech recommended service of my rear brakes and my brakes continues to produce noise despite 2 attempts by this dealership to correct. Prior to this appointment I did not experience any noise from my brakes. They reported that a rock was the cause, resulting in lubrication. On the next visit, per the service manager Mr. James, a new tech serviced my brakes and did not interface them correctly., however records reflects lubrication, again. It is now Sept. 29,2016 and my brakes continues to squeal. I have attempted to address this via Luke the manager without any success. The service advisors are friendly, however the quality of work is poor. More

Abusive dealership whit shotty workmanship If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced in my entire life- no If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced in my entire life- no exaggeration. First, I brought our Mercedes SUV in on August 7, 2015, because the tire pressure was off, especially the right front one. Our check engine light was on and we also needed them to replace the front license plate, as when they originally installed it, they covered up the front camera! I picked up our car and we went out of town and noticed the car was pulling severely to the right. I made an appointment to bring in the vehicle this morning of August 17, 2015. I stated that I would need a car to drive because I would be bringing my old most 2-yr-old toddler with me. When I got there, we test drove it and they said it ended to be realigned. I said OK. Then they tried to make me pay about $180 to fix something they negligently neglected to inform me should have been recommended the first time it was brought in. I asked to talk to a manager on duty and in the process, they gave away all the loaner cars- one of which was supposed to be mine! He refused to comp me the service and brought me to tears. I was told to wait in the waiting room with my toddler and a car should be back shortly. At about 11:30 I went and told them that I was out of diapers, my daughter and I needed to eat lunch and it was getting close to her nap time. I was then asked into the managers office again and apparently there were a couple loaners ready and they never came and got me. After 2 hrs of being stuck there, my toddler was running around, like and sweet child would. I was told my the manager on duty that I was "not watching my child" and I "needed to do a better job of watching her" because she kept going for the hot water spout on the water cooler in his office. I was keeping her away from it and kids are quick, she thought it was a game - let's run back and forth. This is after he also told me I shouldn't let her be on the carpet in there because it's dirty. Trust me- I wanted to be anywhere but there. After he insulted my patenting ability (which, I'm a stay-at-home mom who lives for my little girl!), I yelled at him and told him he had no right to tell me how to parent my child or that I'm not a good mother. I went outside to get in the loaner car that was out of gas. They went to fill it up and the manager called the police, saying I was "endangering my child"- oh come on!!! I was doing my best to keep her out of trouble during the 2-plus hours I was forced to wait there. The cops came and obviously saw that this was ridiculous. When I did get in the loaner car, it smelled like cigarette smoke- disgusting. Right after I got home I was called and told my car was ready and that I had to bring the loaner car back by 3 pm (it's after noon at this point). I'd signed a deal that I could have it for 18-plus hours. I said that wasn't going to work because it's right during my daughter's nap time. I said they could come and swap them out at my house though. The manager called back and said they needed it again by 3 pm. I stated my contract and then he said he needed it by 8 am and I said my daughter would still be sleeping from the nighttime. He said if I didn't bring it in by noon that he'd call the police and report it as stolen!!! I took the car back before my daughter's nap- pushing it and making her fussy in the process. When I got there they hadn't even washed it- very standard stuff that's expected of Mercedes. I asked them to wash it and I went inside. They told me the total (after first trying to inflate the quoted price) and asked if there would be anything else they could do for me. I said I'd like an apology from the manager there. After making me wait at least 10 minutes, he came over and I asked for an apology and he said he'd only apologize after I paid for the services!!!!!!!!! Can you believe this guy?!?! Seriously?! I waited and went over to him again and he just kept saying the same thing. I asked another man there and he gave me a sincere apology and so I paid the bogus bill. I then asked for my apology from the other man. After checking that I'd paid, he gave a clearly insincere apology. When I asked if could apologize for having us drive off the first time in a car that was potentially unsafe and not recommending the alignment be checked, he all of a sudden said he couldn't confirm or deny or comment on that. I told him it's a good thing there were witnesses and I also got it on tape. Smart phone are wonderful aren't they? Another Mercedes dealer I called in the Dallas area said this was the worst story he'd ever heard and they'd never let anything like that happen there- he even called how I was treated abusive. More
Well worth the very long drive (2 days) to get here We had been looking for a particular model of Mercedes on the internet and locally. Finally we found what we were looking for (price, model, mileage, etc.) except that it was over 950 miles away in Louisiana. We had numerous phone and text conversations with Kenn Posey in sales. He always responded quickly. He probably thought there is no way someone will drive 950 miles to get a car, yet, from the very beginning he treated us as if we were right outside his door. He even offered to fly us up and give us a night at the Eldorado resort & Casino (nice place). In the end, we drove our trade-in car up there so they gave us a nice credit on the purchase. The reason: they would have had to spend a lot of money sending us the new car and retrieving our trade-in. We had a few issues on delivery day, but the Manager, Greg Miciotto, was on top of everything and went out of his way to get things set right. We definitely feel that the long two day drive each way was worth it and would do it again. We strongly encourage anyone looking for a new or used car to put Holmes European on their 'short-list' More
