Aaron and Cameron did a fantastic job along with everyone else at MB Shreveport to address every one of my questions as well as to arrive at an equitable deal. I flew to Shreveport, was met by Aaron, inspected and test drove the 43. 43 was as advertised with no issues and executed the paperwork for the purchase. process was professional, friendly, and easy - no issues. Had a very pleasant and enjoyable drive back to Atlanta. MB Shreveport was great to deal with, especially Aaron and Cameron. Only regret is that I won't be able to use MB Shreveport for service/maintenance - just a little too fat from Atlanta. More

I honestly don’t even know where to begin with my experience purchasing a 2025 Mercedes-Benz S580 from this dealership. The initial buying process was extremely easy, and they came to my terms very q experience purchasing a 2025 Mercedes-Benz S580 from this dealership. The initial buying process was extremely easy, and they came to my terms very quickly. At first, I thought this was going to be one of the smoothest luxury vehicle purchases I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, the experience completely changed the moment paperwork was signed. The car sat at the dealership from day one, and I still have yet to truly drive this vehicle since March. I was informed the car — which was previously the GSM’s vehicle — needed a few items addressed after inspection. Then, TWO WEEKS after signing paperwork, I was suddenly told the car actually needed a completely new transmission. After the car sat for nearly a month, I was promised reimbursement for the month the vehicle was down as well as part of my shipping costs. Eventually the car was delivered to me, but after driving it literally ONE mile, I immediately noticed something was seriously wrong with the way it drove. I had the vehicle towed directly to my local Mercedes-Benz dealership. That dealership then informed me the vehicle needs ANOTHER transmission because the first repair was apparently done incorrectly. I raised all of these concerns with Mr. Daniel Flores, who initially seemed willing to help resolve the situation. However, now there appears to be backpedaling regarding any reimbursement, with explanations changing to “the transmission installed was defective.” What’s even more frustrating is that the dealership is now trying to frame this as “not a sales issue” but instead a warranty issue. That makes absolutely no sense to me considering they sold me the vehicle in this condition from the start. It feels like they are trying to push responsibility onto Mercedes-Benz Corporate to fix a problem that originated with the dealership instead of taking accountability themselves. What’s concerning is that apparently not even their own service manager was aware of this situation. I am now going on THREE MONTHS of making payments on a vehicle I have barely put more than one mile on. I never thought I would experience something like this from an official Mercedes-Benz dealership. At this point, communication has become disappointing as well. I was told by Daniel Flores, “I will have my GM call you shortly to discuss how to resolve this,” yet almost a week later, I still have not received a call. Please be cautious if purchasing one of their demo or loaner vehicles. Based on my experience, I genuinely question how well these vehicles are treated and serviced before being sold to customers. I truly hope the dealership eventually steps up and makes this right, but at this point I’m not holding my breath. More
