Good response & service. Only complaint is the new auto was delivered dirty (never washed). Otherwise OK.

My visit was very pleasant. Even though I was only getting an alignment on an older Mercedes all of the staff were very pleasant and friendly. The entire process was exceptionally efficient and designed to keep me informed on what was going on and where we were in the process The service representative Cameron that I delt with did an exceptional job! I give him a 10 out of 10 ! Very respectful very courteous and just all around a great guy! I highly recommend this dealership and its staff for no matter what your needs may be 👍🏻

Worst Service Advisor ever. Brought my car into service or had my car towed into service, Mr Lamar Jackson is never reachable no matter what time you. He’s either on break, on the phone, or dealing with another customer. He will choose to not call you back even when multiple other who answer th call tells me “I’ll tell him to give a call back”. You can wait an entire day and still receive no call back. I don’t know if he just treat Asian customer like that but all the reviews that says he awesome are non Asian customer!
