The service Dept is terrible. Kept my car for 7 days for a pre diagnosed AC issue. Picked up the car and in less than 48 hours AC was not cooling at all. Would pick up and immediately put me on hold or straight to their voice mail. I spoke to service manager and she gave excuses about being busy, and lack of staff. I called MB customer service. This Dealership has the worst customer service ever! !! I purchased two new tires from them for 800. Less than 5 months later 8000 miles I had a blow out and wires hanging out if both new tires. First, I had an SUV I was going to sign paperwork on and they sold it to another person. Then I get a car that was sold as a certified pre-owned vehicle, but they forgot to actually put it through the servi they sold it to another person. Then I get a car that was sold as a certified pre-owned vehicle, but they forgot to actually put it through the service department to ensure that it was properly certified. I had to put it in the shop to get a new front A-arm and tires. Now it takes two days to fix a nail in my tire. The list will can go on. Do not do business with this company. More
Service is the worst I have ever experienced. Workers are inexperienced and arrogant. I was given a 9:30 a.m. appointment for one tire to be replaced and was told it would take 1- 2 hours. By 2 p.m. I had not been called to let me know my vehicle was ready. I went there and the tire still had not been put on. There is no hospitality extended there at all. MB USA must not know the conditions at the Shreveport dealership. If they did, I believe they would have this one shut down. More
I love Holmes Mercedes-Benz of Shreveport and it's all because of NICK Malone. This was my first time purchasing a Mercedes and I drove from out of town to purchase the vehicle. Nick is very patient, hone because of NICK Malone. This was my first time purchasing a Mercedes and I drove from out of town to purchase the vehicle. Nick is very patient, honest, and professional. In all my years of purchasing a car, this was the BEST customer service that I've ever had. If I could give a rating of 10, I would definitely do so because he went above and beyond to make my car buying experience easy and stress free. I really appreciate my experience with the purchase of my new vehicle and will continue to purchase from this dealership. I highly recommend Nick and I look forward to my next experience.
