First of all I live in Texas. This is my second time using this location. I had to have cylinder head replaced few months ago. The wrecker service picked up my car took it to Mercedes Benz of SHREVEPORT. I received called from staff member. I was impressed first of all how nice kind and concerned everyone was. I was kept informed every time I called to check on things. . I was treated with much respect. Great customer service for sure and that’s important to me. My car was repaired with about 3 days impressive for sure. After this interaction with you all I was sold on having my car serviced here from now on instead of Arlington Tx location. I had the pleasure of working with Cameron this time. Cameron was very kind informative and professional. Kept me updated on progress of vehicle let me know about other recommendations, didn’t try to pressure me in any way. Even set up shuttle service while we waited. Whole experience was awesome and stress free. Thank you all again More
