Best purchase experience at a Mercedes dealer ever! We were there because the lease on our current car was up and we knew we wanted the same type of car. We met the GM and several other employees during the purchase process. We were offered water, juice and snacks while we finalized paperwork. George was so thoughtful that he took my bling bling license plate cover off my trade in and had it placed on my new car! The finance process is about 80% automated and requires no paperwork which is a huge difference from our last purchase. Should be 100% automated by fall. The finance manager was quick, efficient and friendly. Although there was a line of people waiting to sign paperwork, we never felt rushed. The technical specialist walked us through the new features on the car and was very knowledgeable and had immediate answers for all questions including design related questions. More
