Upselling I think you spend way too much time upselling what needs to get done and it makes me lose trust. As an example: 1. This was the same thing you told me during my last visit and I replaced the battery. $425 2. I was also told I needed to replace another component in the window as it "could have been damaged", even though it worked great. $900 What it forces me to do, since like most people I have limited disposable income, is to second guess what really needs fixing and what could wait or is not really an issue.. The whole experience is very frustrating when one has to second guess what is needed or not needed. More

Break light and complete inspection I thought I was bringing the car in for warranty work but found out my warranty was expired. I was sure it was five year and not four. I know it’s not I thought I was bringing the car in for warranty work but found out my warranty was expired. I was sure it was five year and not four. I know it’s not the dealership responsibility but I should have been given some kind of heads up so I could have extended. But the big thing I’m disappointed about is they had the car for about 30 hours. it came back unwashed or vacuumed And actually dirtier than when I dropped of. More
