Poor Communication and Service Check engine light turned on so I made an appointment with the dealership. I dropped the car off at 7am, and still hadn't heard what the problem was b Check engine light turned on so I made an appointment with the dealership. I dropped the car off at 7am, and still hadn't heard what the problem was by 2pm. After several phone calls to check on the status and to see if I would be able to pick my car up in the afternoon, they informed me the car needed a software update and that's why the light was on. I was charged $297.14 for them to update my car's software. Now that John Bovee is gone and I'm being charged $300 to fix a basic issue, I will not be returning to this dealership. More

Overall Poor Experience My car that is not even a year old with less than 5000 miles on it, needed a new steering rack-the power steering went out. Dispatch sent the tow truc My car that is not even a year old with less than 5000 miles on it, needed a new steering rack-the power steering went out. Dispatch sent the tow truck driver to the wrong address after I said I need to get home to my dog and it was an emergency and even gave her the cross streets. I called them once I realized the tow truck driver was in the wrong location, again expressed I needed to get home but they said they couldn't help and for me to call the tow truck driver directly after they gave him the wrong direction. Then at Mercedes the service team parked my car in a fire lane and another customer backed in to it and causing the need for a new bumper when I called to ask for pictures of the damage 3 hours went by until I decided to leave work and go see the car myself since no one could get back to me. Also charging if you have a pet in a loaner car is really limiting to my lifestyle and created more of a burden. The bumper was fixed but when I received my car it had no gas, after this big of a hassle why wouldn't they give me enough gas to at least get home? Brian did his best to keep me updated. As someone who is a new Mercedes owner and bought a car in cash I don't think after this experience my next purchase will be Mercedes due to the inconvenience this luxury brand put me through. When you pay premium you should get bar raising service. More

Lemon - No Responsibility - 7.5 hours to a deal We ended up with a lemon. It happens. But the Dealership took no responsibility. I totally understand that the Dealership didn’t make the lemon, but t We ended up with a lemon. It happens. But the Dealership took no responsibility. I totally understand that the Dealership didn’t make the lemon, but they also didn’t do anything to advocate on my behalf. In the end, I was treated just like any other person with a trade in - a horrid one at that.. I had to suck up the negative equity - and the Dealership didn’t even feel badly about it. They justified it to me and themselves as also not their fault. Well, it clearly wasn’t mine either, and yet, I had to absorb the loss. No one took responsibility. Their ethics are truly lacking. They had an opportunity to do the honorable thing, and instead just made yet another money making car deal. No consideration for people, nor their safety. And to add insult to injury, their Sales Manager has the audacity to lobby for a good review twice during our deal. You and your team did nothing special nor extraordinary. You did a straight car deal. Taking 7.5 hours of our time. You should be embarrassed the process takes that long. Let your customer service speak for itself. If you have to beg for a good review, you’re doing in incorrectly. More
