I purchased a car online through this dealership based on the description/photos in the ad and correspondence with the dealer. Normally, this is a safe transaction with a reputable business but unfortunately the description/photos in the ad and correspondence with the dealer. Normally, this is a safe transaction with a reputable business but unfortunately, this is obviously not a reputable business. The photos provided in the ad show a pristine car but the exterior finish has significant damage. I specifically inquired about any exterior damage and requested photos prior to purchase and was sent a photo of 2 scratches (like it had been keyed) that were described as being something I could get “buffed out” and that the exterior was in “great shape”. The scratches are far too deep to get buffed and there is damage to the front valence and rear bumper and at least two doors will require paint due to the scratches and poor attempt to repair/hide them. The dealership also had given me a price quote that was approximately $9000 less than the advertised online price. I asked them to clarify and received confirmation that the lower price was indeed the correct number however, when I agreed to the purchase, the price was moved back to the higher number ($51,700). I assumed it was an honest mistake but now, I am not so sure. I have never had this type of experience from any auto dealership and would not expect it from a Mercedes dealership. I will be contacting Mercedes directly to make sure they aware of how this dealership does business. More

Ed in service was great! I m traveling through Seattle had, a blown injector and no appointment. He fit me in the schedule and also did two air bag recalls and loaned me a vehicle during the service. Absolutely perfect – as usual. I don’t live in the local area but I always come to this dealership for several reasons. One is that they always do a good job, but the main reason is because of my service ad area but I always come to this dealership for several reasons.
