Bryan, I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've faced with your leased car. This is not the experience we aim to provide our customers, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by these delays. Regarding the empty can in the car during your test drive, I can't begin to imagine. All that I can do is to apologize. As for the registration, we DID, in fact, send the paperwork; however, as we always try to make clear at the time of purchase, out-of-state registrations can take extremely long to process. The problem is that there are 2 DMVs to deal with and, consequently, 2 sets of red tape to cut through - all of this in addition to the time involved with the physical shipping of the paperwork. The good news however, is that our Title Clerk has been able to track it and it looks like you should have your tags in hand in less than 2 weeks (probably closer to 10 or 11 days). I wish that I could give you an exact date but, once everything leaves our hands, it's all educated guesswork. We appreciate your business and your patience, and we wish you many years of driving pleasure with your new GLE53.
