Brought my Mercedes in for repairs to the wheels. Was originally told it would take about a day to make the repairs. It ended up taking 10 days. When I got the car back and drove off 5 miles down the roa originally told it would take about a day to make the repairs. It ended up taking 10 days. When I got the car back and drove off 5 miles down the road the TPS warning went off as 3 of the 4 tires were under inflated and all were at different pressures. I have a shop and compressor at home so was able to correct the problem. Otherwise I would have had to return and wait for them to correct the problem. Not very thorough service. More
The people are very friendly and service-oriented. It’s always a pleasure to visit the facility. Only leaving off a star because no one is perfect. always a pleasure to visit the facility. Only leaving off a star because no one is perfect. More

Worst communication from a service dept ever. They gave us unsolicited repair costs of items (brakes) that don't need replacing. The car shows a service light when brakes need to be replaced. After being d us unsolicited repair costs of items (brakes) that don't need replacing. The car shows a service light when brakes need to be replaced. After being disappointed with that we requested a different service tech lead. NO IMPROVEMENT. That one takes our car on a Tuesday to replace 2 items. One was replaced in a day. We were then told their service teams weren't competent enough to replace a rear crankshaft seal unless ONE particular guy comes back to work. They wanted us to leave our vehicle there until Wednesday of the following week. But, we were only told this 4 hours AFTER we phoned and texted to find out when our car repairs would be completed. It's not the customer's fault their service staff isn't knowledgeable about replacing a rear crankshaft seal to stop a fluid leak. It's common in our vehicle model. We have a recorded message from the tech lead claiming the engine needs to come out for this repair. It's not true. Can't wait upload it to the 'net to warn others. You'd thing they would have mentioned the scheduling issue at vehicle check in. We're happy to give our money to a service department that wants to serve us...elsewhere. Don't be sucked in by their warm smiles if the service isn't worth it. Very friendly with poor service. Comes off as passive-aggressive. More

Sales side was great, then finance. Was totally mislead regarding a $999 lifetime oil change program. Now we’re stuck having to use the Seattle Mercedes dealership only instead of one much closer as we wer regarding a $999 lifetime oil change program. Now we’re stuck having to use the Seattle Mercedes dealership only instead of one much closer as we were led to believe. Richard in finance directly refuted what my wife heard explained. Shameful to have someone refer to my wife as not telling the truth. Absolute zero customer service with an insult to boot. More
