Sales was good but be prepared to wait for long (large part of day) to finish paperwork. Service department is quite unprofessional, costs are unpredictable (they almost always exceed the quoted costs) an part of day) to finish paperwork. Often times they create issues and replace parts when not needed, and there is no audit or oversight into service technicians and bills. I would not come back unless I absolutely need too. Unfortunately none of the Mercedes dealerships in the Seattle area are any good for service, so beware when buying these cars. More

We spent 5 hours on a Tuesday with a lovely sales guy but the process of finding inventory, negotiating and closing required another day. 2 days later and they still weren’t ready in finance. Only when we threatened to leave and get our trades back did they make it happen. We overheard their annoyance with being rushed/unwillingness to finance lots of extras. Since Finance completion took 2+ hours we had no time for a delivery of our complex AMG vehicle. 2 weeks later and trades still aren’t paid off. Never buy another car here. Never. What we looked forward to was a train wreck except sales guy Nikolay. He was awesome. The one ‘star’. More
