The entire staff was so unbelievably courteous and friendly, I have no doubt in my mind that I will always go back to Phil Petty for all future purchases, as well as recommend him to my friends and family. There are a couple of Mercedes dealerships that are closer to where I live, however; I plan to drive the extra 50 miles to Seattle for all of my service needs because of the excellent treatment that I had received during my purchase.
