I have very high expectations when it comes to customer service and I must say that the level of service that I received from Phil Petty at Phil Smart Mercedes in Seattle exceeded those expectations. Phil Petty was not only professional, friendly and knowledgeable, but when I left the dealership with my new Mercedes, I felt like I was part of the "family". Phil took the time to make sure that every detail of the transaction was to my satisfaction; he bent over backwards to find the car of my dreams; and his communication with me from day one was very impressive. The entire staff was so unbelievably courteous and friendly, I have no doubt in my mind that I will always go back to Phil Petty for all future purchases, as well as recommend him to my friends and family. There are a couple of Mercedes dealerships that are closer to where I live, however; I plan to drive the extra 50 miles to Seattle for all of my service needs because of the excellent treatment that I had received during my purchase. Very informative about all the cars and options that it has. I like the fact they have so many choices of suvs and in different colors and styles and size. Each time I needed a vehicle if they didn't have it, Mr. Petty would bend over backwards to find it. And in just a few days I would get a call from him saying he's found not 1 but 2 or 3 Models I might be i Petty would bend over backwards to find it.
