So great we bought two! We stopped by the dealership looking for a new car for my husband. He loves the CLS model (he had three up to this point) and was looking to purchase We stopped by the dealership looking for a new car for my husband. He loves the CLS model (he had three up to this point) and was looking to purchase a CPO CLS when his current lease expired. We've tried other dealers without any luck or real interest shown on their part. My husband was also debating going the SUV route. He test drove an SUV but still loved the CLS. He also test drove a cabriolet. Again he thought it nice but still wanted a CLS. I was smitten with the cabriolet. At this point we decided I would trade in my car and I'd get the cabriolet. Phil, our salesman, was putting together my deal and at the same time trying to find the CLS for my husband. After much searching he found the perfect CLS - CPO, year, color, options. Turned out someone had turned one in late the previous day and it hadn't been entered into the inventory system. What looked like another day gone to searching without success for his perfect car became a salesman's dream - two cars sold at one time to the same family. Excellent work, Phil! Everyone at the dealership was personable and professional. We worked with Morton in the finance office. He got us through the process quickly and efficiently. Bradley was terrific in delivering the autos. We will be repeat customers at this dealer! Very glad we stopped in. More

Worst experience ever. If I could give Zero stars, I would. DO NOT buy a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from this dealer. It will not be officially certified. This was the w If I could give Zero stars, I would. DO NOT buy a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from this dealer. It will not be officially certified. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I could write a research paper based on my experiences with this dealer titled "How to completely screw up every step of the process when selling a car". There are so many details to get into here but I will keep it to the main points since most people don't like reading long reviews. They made me commit perjury if I wanted my car. That's right, perjury. I was told they would not ship my vehicle to me unless I signed a form that said "I certify under penalty of perjury that I have received my vehicle". This form should be signed when you get your car, not prior and shouldn't be a condition of shipping the car. They did not give me temp tags. When I went to get temp tags on my own, there was no title sent to the MVA (DMV). When they finally sent the title, there was no check sent for the taxes, tags and title which I already paid for. I had to pay this on my own ($2,600) and wait for a refund, which came 4 days later. They sold me a "Certified Pre-Owned" vehicle that FAILED Maryland Inspection. Why did it fail? Because they sold me a car with after-market racing tires (a huge NO for CPO cars) with 4/32 tread (CPO requires 5/32 at an absolute minimum) with a huge gouge in the front right tire down to the wire mesh and also a repaired nail hole plug in the back left tire (also a huge NO for CPO cars). They were forced to buy me new tires and they did pay for them but only because the car failed Maryland Inspection and they acknowledged the screw up. Now I have a car with new tires and every time I tap the brakes, the entire car shakes. That's right. The car was sold with bad brakes. I didn't notice this initially probably because the after-market tires were so worn that the brake issue was less noticeable. Keep in mind that the brakes were diagnosed by another Mercedes dealer. So after 2 months of back and forth with this dealer, I am sitting here with bad brakes that will cost $2,000 to replace (per Mercedes) and a car that shakes every time I tap the brakes. They are refusing to pay for the brakes even after the Service Manager, Patrick, admitted to me over the phone that given the location of the dealership, they really don't have the capabilities of testing the brakes on the highway since they are right in the city. Is this my fault? Awful Dealer. DO NOT buy a car from this dealer unless you want a similar headache. More
