Very bad service experience. Message experience was totally flawed: could not reach service representative: calls not returned. At pick up which was 2 hours later, I was forced to appear in much later and in heavier traffic: no explanation of what was done: overcharged by 1/3 of cost: remedy unclear and no receipt for refund after second day. Receipt included notes about other service needs that were not mentioned to me verbally. Totally disappointed! My car was not listed as an option in final review The computer system dealer uses is totally outdated and impossible to navigate. Completing this review only reinforced an anger and frustration! I’ve always had my car serviced here and it’s sustained a good quality of service. This most recent episode was no different. I prefer Phil Smart over current owners. Current management has a lot to learn to move forward w excellence. I was happy w drop off and return people.
