Since they changed ownership they have gone downhill tremendously. No one ever answers the phone in the service or parts dept and you have to keep calling and calling. You are losing business. Get it together. Of course the sales team will call you back. Parts dept I give 2 stars but service is a big 0 stars. The service manager who has been there for years has turned very rude. Find a new owner and management is my suggestion. You are losing alot of business and overcharging people. Many others I hear complaining and dissatisified as well, not just myself. More

I live 2 time zones away, but was very interested in a car on their lot. I was connected with a sales rep, Tommy, who immediately went into the lot (in the rain!) and took a video of all the aspects of th car on their lot. He even went back out a couple times to check on additional features that came to mind. Long story short, there was an erroneous message from the eSign platform that led me to believe the dealership would think I had signed the purchase agreement, but I didn't - I changed my mind. I was very concerned it would become a problem, but the sales manager. Brehon, assured me that even if I had signed it, he would gladly void it to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied with the outcome. He was very reassuring and sincere that his #1 goal was my happiness, regardless of whether I buy a car from them. That kind of integrity is refreshing and extremely appreciated! I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Rocklin. Heck, even if I decide to buy a pre-owned vehicle that is not even a Mercedes, I'll check in with them to see if they can find my next car. Miserable experience selling my 2013 SLK to this dealership. Have purchased 4 M-Class MB over the years from Von Housen. Always took my car there for service. I left the dealership after selling them my SLK without any copies of my paperwork on December 26,2 2024. Called Jeremy back and he said he would get them to me. Also, my check would be prepared within 24-48 hours. After sending an email to the manager Darren as I had not gotten either my check or copies of paperwork at January 7, 2025 I got an email AI response saying "they were interested in buying my car and would write a "check on the spot". Well, we know that doesn't happen... false advertising. I called and Jeremy asked if I wanted my check and paperwork "overnighted". I said "yes". Two days later on January 9, 2025 I got the check with no paperwork that I had asked for. Called Jeremy, again, and he said he would get copies and email them to me. Today is January 16, 2025 and I still do not have my copies. Going to call again and see if he has the same answer! I live 50+ miles from the dealership and they really do not want me to come down there. Still waiting... sloppy dealership. Buyer or Sellers BEWARE! sheila b. More

Major disrespect and lack of accountability in every way. Over the past several years, I have invested over $100,000 in various purchases from your location. Unfortunately, my experience has been marred by significant issue with a vehicle I acquired from you, which has promise to be taken care of. . Despite my attempts to seek assistance in resolving these matters, I have encountered a lack of support and responsiveness from your team. I was told by Darren his lack of communication is because he only received hand written messages. He told me that he could have fixed the car cheaper himself and questioned the invoice needing to be paid. I could go on and on about his tone and absolute lack of professionalism. My recent interaction with Darren was particularly disappointing. I felt treated disrespectfully, which is unacceptable given the level of investment I've made in your business. I question now after reading all of the BBB reviews why anyone would buy from here. As a customer, I expected a higher standard of service and respect, especially from management. If you want to spent money here - read this, and stay away! I was very interested in a 2022 BMW X7 they have - 50k$+, sent inquiry about availability, guy named Elijah responded, I asked about best pric away! Then he called me started talking very rude and inappropriate, giving names and using bad language, not letting me even say anything this lunatic just hang up on me. Level of incompetence and rudeness was insane! I run Sprinter mechanical shop for nearly 10 years, never experienced anything like that. Manager of this place should think about how many customers like myself this lunatic turned away because of his incompetent behavior. Very disappointed, and reported corporate office as well. More

I am a trustful senior, who unfortunately bought a "certified vehicle" about 3 months ago at this dealer, and the people involved in the process, the salesman, the sales manager and later one of the s "certified vehicle" about 3 months ago at this dealer, and the people involved in the process, the salesman, the sales manager and later one of the service managers, all promised to take care of the issues that a certified vehicle shouldn't have according to their own words. i.e. A stain in the passenger seat that doesn't go away, the missing 2nd key, the dashboard that was cracked, the tire compressor kit that was missing (this vehicle doesn't have an spare tire and comes with the kit). After I took the vehicle home, all of these issues were ignored and no one takes responsibility. They ignore e-mails, don't reply to phone messages, and in the one occasion when they talked to me, not action was taken anyway. After 3 months and after several requests, they have not even updated the name of the owner so I can register the car under my name and create an account with "Mercedes me connect", so I have not been able to sign up for any of the services you can access with this app. Very disappointed.!! In addition to this, the car was missing a "C" letter from the back logo and instead of replacing it with the correct one, they removed a "C" from another vehicle that is larger than the letters on my vehicle and glue it there. It obviously doesn't look right and you can tell the difference. They just don't care !!!. I realized that they act like scavengers when trying to quickly "fix" an issue and don't care if it is done right or not. The people at this dealer don't have any pride on the business they work for or on the vehicles they sale, they only care about "closing the deal", will tell you not to worry about any of the issues you find during the negotiations and then you are on your own. In my case, I thought this is was reputable dealer, so I trusted them. Big Mistake. More
