Portland Mercedes offers a clean inviting waiting area. I was disappointed that I was not offered a loaner vehicle because I own a Smart car that I bought from them. I would never buy another vehicle from the dealership. I honestly feel ripped off when purchasing a CPO vehicle that needed both front and rear brakes replaced within 6 months of ownership and all 4 tires I honestly feel ripped off when purchasing a CPO vehicle that needed both front and rear brakes replaced within 6 months of ownership and all 4 tires and had preexisting engine issues. The vehicle due to the issues it has has depreciated its value over $11,000 in 6 months. The know. Tire issues should have been disclosed along the mechanical issues. I was told by sales this was a great reliable car and it’s far from that. I will say that the service department is great but sale efforts to “make thing right” are laughable. More
