Car was returned to me in a state of partial disassembly with a component placed on top of passenger seat. A piece of the disassembled component was lost by the tech. Service writer and management team are extremely difficult to reach through any type of communication method. Texts, calls, and emails left unanswered. Incorrect replacement part was ordered. Multiple extra trips required to resolve. Most importantly to me, the vehicle was dropped off fully assembled and that's how it should have been returned to the customer. I've been a customer at this location since 2018. This experience has soured me on MB of PDX and leaves me questioning whether to continue with the brand for my next vehicle purchase. Even though personnel and performance of the sales and service units are unrelated, I question whether I would be able to receive quality service on a new MB vehicle at this location. Management at this organization responds to online reviews promptly but never once made an attempt to contact me. Service writer appeared unwilling or unable to push back against shoddy work by the tech. This indicates to me that service writer does not feel empowered and supported by management team. More
Came in for a standard oil change. Left with oil leaking after the service. Brought the vehicle back for review and the sales tech said the leak had been there for quite some time, Alt Left with oil leaking after the service. The service staff is very good , but the dealership has policies not in the interest of its customers. For instance, when we wanted to purchase a EQS 580 when they began selling them , we were told we wo policies not in the interest of its customers. So we were forced to look for a dealership that did not charge a premium. So this dealership lost a good potential customer through their greed. I recently had the car detailed , at the dealership. They did a very good job. However the car had a tire that was loosing air . I was told that I had to purchase a new tire regardless of whether it was a simple tire leek. More
