Hello Cecilia, thanks for following up with me regarding the latest MB annual service done on my vehicle. I would like to mention couple comments: Comparing the service received from MB Portland to my prev the latest MB annual service done on my vehicle. I would like to mention couple comments: Comparing the service received from MB Portland to my previous car Toyota Camry, Toyota dealer appears to be much better in many ways: 1- The receipt which states all services done on my vehicle is all acronyms and there was no explanation of that, it had me thinking what was changed or quantity of engine oil was replaced. I would like an easy to read/understand summary of the services done to the vehicle. 2- Time duration of the service. I dropped my car sharply at 7am thinking it'll take 2-3 hours of service but it ended up taking around 5hrs. More precise info for the customer is needed. 3- Complimentary after service car wash. When I picked the car after you guys called me, dirt was still visible on body 'thanks for helping me cleaning that' also the interior of the car was not done. Better service is needed as I pay close attention to the level of cleanness both inside and outside. I appreciate all what MB of Portland done and doing nonetheless my expectations were much higher from a reputed MB name and I'm disappointed as I truly experienced much better CS from Toyota Dealer. I don’t know who the person on the previous screen was. Never met during the purchase process. Sales Mitchell was wonderful. During the sales process Mitchell worked closely with the used sales manager to address specific concerns I had regarding the condition of the vehicle and helped us arrive at a deal that satisfied everyone. He went above and beyond calling me on his day off to ensure Mercedes-Benz had everything it needed for my third party financing. Finance Jennifer was very thorough during the signing process in making sure I understood the myriad of options Mercedes-Benz had available from warranties to service packages. However I was disappointed when I learned she failed to collect some information that would allow a loan for a car I clearly indicated would be partially financed through OnPoint bank, a CUDL member that should have provided end to end financing so long as they received the application. I had arrived with a pre-approval for the amount I intended to finance, so I was surprised on Monday having to call my bank and scramble to manage several calls to Mercedes during a busy clinic schedule when I discovered Jennifer had not even started the formal financing request. Mitchell ended up doing most of the leg work in the end, again on his day off. Finish and pickup The plan was to pick up the car Tuesday after having the rim resurfaced. The professional for this never arrived so pickup was delayed an additional day. I have to say the experience of coming to pick up my first Mercedes was not what I expected. Upon arrival the car was beautiful and the wheel repair came out beautifully so I was very happy to get inside and get the keys! Unfortunately Mitchell had another engagement and had to provide the keys to an associate, Edward for the handoff. When my wife and I arrived we waited 10 minutes inside the foyer of the dealership without a single person coming to talk with us. On two occasions I saw the used car manager who worked with Mitchell to sell us the car and he never once came to see what we needed. Eventually my wife found a service staff member on break who kindly confirmed with Edward that a car was sold and he brought us the keys. However he never once asked for any identification and we left really without any ceremony whatsoever. I am grateful to be the owner of such a beautiful car and thrilled with the purchase. I was frankly disappointed with the final execution. Owning the car Within one month of purchasing this certified preowned Mercedes it raised a check engine light. When calling the dealership they could only get me in after three weeks. That is meant leaving my newly purchased car that just got its new plates in the garage for close to a month. I’ve driven this car less than 500 miles. A remarkable disappointment More
