We bring you in and it is the service department that keeps the you in. I have been very disappointed at your service department. Among number of other reasons for my disappointments, please allow me to be candid and note unwelcoming and cold customer relations; clarity follow up of customer request and erroneous diagnosis and solution. It appears that there is no clear chain of command. The service advisor that I have worked with claims he is the manager yet another individual is presented as service manager and is confusing as to who is in charge. When customer does not agree with what this gentleman wishes to perform on your auto he abruptly hangs up the phone. Please forgive my negative report on your service department. It is obviously reflects negatively on your entire operation, compromising trust and satisfaction. Thank you Dr. Z More
