The service center seems horribly understaffed. Mark was so busy he couldn't even take a restroom break. He did great despite that, and the techs seemed to have fixed the issue in a timely manner. I always receive courteous and excellent service in a very comfortable environment. The only complaint I have is that appointments for servicing are much further out than they were pre-Covid (now 1 to 2 very comfortable environment.
