Charged $1000 up front for car to be in service dept. was told car needed almost $8,000 of work. They said car was worth it because it had low miles and was in very good condition. They charged $500 for their evaluation when I told them we were moving the car to an authorized Mercedes service center. We had all of the work completed plus a new battery for under $3,000. Bought two cars from this dealership and will never go back More
Nice people and quick service. Little frustrating trying to make a reservation for service about 6 weeks out. Automated system just keeps giving the “next” available appointments. Portland Mercedes offers a clean inviting waiting area. I was disappointed that I was not offered a loaner vehicle because I own a Smart car that I bought from them.
