they took days to get to my scheduled service, returned it broken (they flushed the coolant system and returned it with a leak in the coolant service), refused to fix it on their dime, offered to have me p it broken (they flushed the coolant system and returned it with a leak in the coolant service), refused to fix it on their dime, offered to have me pay for parts and they pay for service, but when I picked it up they claimed they offered to split the cost which cost me and extra $200+ More

My car was not completely fixed when I picked it up. There was an alert to check my break light, that was still alerting me to check it as soon as I drove away. The tires and everything else were fixed There was an alert to check my break light, that was still alerting me to check it as soon as I drove away. The tires and everything else were fixed first but the signal took them an extra day to work on, I was told it was done by someone who was not the technician for it. The tires took two days to replace as there were only 3 arriving when I needed it. After getting everything replaced and still needing the break light signal to be turned off was highly frustrating as it was promised to me that I would not have to come back for a while. I also texted back my mechanic, Maurice, that the problem was persisting and he never responded after I clarified the issue that the light was still on. It also seemed like he did not trust me to take the loaner car when I asked for it after 3 days of having no car, even saying to be extra careful with it because it’s expensive like I was a child. I do not know why I wasn’t initially offered a loaner car when they told me that it would be an extra 2 days to finish the tires and get the break light checked. More
