Poor communication. Dropped car off at 8am for diagnostics and shared that I would need it back by end of day. They told me they couldn’t find the problem and told me to arrange for drop off the following week so I could have a loaner. I called the advisor to arrange and despite several calls and messages, I still haven’t heard back after 3 weeks. I gave up and took it to a different dealer who provided a loaner and immediately confirmed the issue I was having, and provided regular updates on repair progress. More
