My main interface with Mercedes-Benz of Portland was John Frentsos. He was my initial contact and found the vehicle that I purchased a week later. John was attentive to my desires in a vehicle, very friendly and he even remembered my name and my brother-in-law's name the next day when we chatted by email. John took time to work with me on his day off and coordinated with his co-worker, Michael Franz, to work with me on trade-in details and set up the meeting to buy the new vehicle. Michael was always very considerate, respectful and helpful in email and phone communications. He was a real pleasure to work with as well. He had the new car charged up and ready to go when I arrived and greeted me after I parked my car outside the lobby. Due to traffic delays driving from Spokane to Portland, I arrived well after my assigned meeting time and I think we were still closing details after the normal dealership closure time. Nevertheless, Andrew Fox assembled all the documents and walked me thru the signature process. He was very organized. He explained what I was signing and answered any questions I had. He stayed to make copies of all the documents and handed them to me before I left for the evening. I did not have direct dealings with Michael Graham while in the showroom, but he was the manager that signed off on the cash proposal that included the trade-in. Additionally, he left the showroom after I did when I bought the car. I appreciate his help in the buying process. After I completed all the signatures and bought the EQS 580, John Frentsos gave me some additional training on the vehicle and we agreed to meet Saturday morning to complete more details like transferring my SiriusXM account and get more tips and training on operating the vehicle. John provided fantastic support and made it clear I could call him with follow up questions. In summary, I had a great experience. I will recommend this dealership to anybody that expresses an interest in Mercedes-Benz. More
I have been a Mercedes-Benz; client for over 30 years and the staff at this dealership consistently provides the best experience I've had as an owner. Once my vehicle was checked in, I was introduced to my service advisor, who was incredibly knowledgeable. They walked me through the service process and explained what work needed to be done on my car, as well as any additional recommendations, all while ensuring I felt completely informed without any pressure to add services that weren’t necessary. The waiting area was comfortable and well-appointed, with complimentary refreshments and free Wi-Fi, allowing me to catch up on some work while I waited.
