The service department tried to sell me things that my car did not need. They also price gouged things like wipers and fluids. Poor communication. Dropped car off at 8am for diagnostics and shared that I would need it back by end of day. No word or call back by 4:30 so i had a colleague drop me off at the dealership. They told me they couldn’t find the problem and told me to arrange for drop off the following week so I could have a loaner. I called the advisor to arrange and despite several calls and messages, I still haven’t heard back after 3 weeks. I gave up and took it to a different dealer who provided a loaner and immediately confirmed the issue I was having, and provided regular updates on repair progress. More
