Incompetence and untrustworthy. I was coming in for an oil change. They didn’t have the part needed (Lexus oil filter) even though I reminded them ahead of time. I was sent to a non Lithia dealer (Broadway Toyota) for my Lithia oil change for life. It turned out that the part was there after I went to the parts department. I wasted a lot of time. More

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a service and/or dealership. I was scheduled early in the morning on a Saturday, and was told for "a service A it would only be an hour or so approxima service and/or dealership. I was scheduled early in the morning on a Saturday, and was told for "a service A it would only be an hour or so approximately." So, no loaner or concern for my time right off the bat. I've now been here waiting for almost 5 hours. I reported to the service agent that I have a family emergency and need to leave. That was 2 hours ago. No offer of an Uber or the alleged "ride share" they are supposed to offer. Not only am I in a state of emergency with my family, the only update I've had is it will be another $250 an hour for a steering wheel and sunroof inspection. I am now over $1,100 for a Service A and a peek at the sunroof and steering column. Unbelievable!!! I should have known this was going to go bad as I arrived the one single service agent who was working was speaking to a tech and telling him "I have em at an hour, I'll find something." I should have turned around right then and there and left immediately. Instead, I trusted in the 4.6 star Google reviews until I opened those same reviews and began to read them closely. It seems my experience is not unique to me and has been shared by several others as well. Zero concern for the customer or their well-being, whatsoever! I don't need coffee or sugary kids' snacks. I need my car serviced as agreed upon and in a timely manner, also, as agreed upon. I truly do understand that things happen, and I'm not the only priority in the world, I get it, but "an hour" turning into 5 plus hours with no customer service is appalingly absurd. I will not return and I hope this review saves others from the nightmare this dealership truly is. ~ I'll update the actual time and costs once I get my vehicle returned to me. ~ So, update, after 5+ hours and $1,100+, I was told that my sunroof motor is "definitely going out and is on borrowed time." Cost of this is "$3k to start. As we never know what we'll find once we get in there." Yet, somehow you know for sure the motor is "definitely going bad"... hmmm, that makes absolutely no sense. So, I then asked; "once the battery is replaced (as has been done with my vehicle) doesn't the sunroof just need to be reset?" The service rep then answered with "that's not a thing." So, I decided to look into it for myself and Googled "sunroof reset" for my car, and low and behold; there are literally hundreds of YouTube videos that show how simple the process actually is. It took me less than a minute and I have a fully functional sunroof, without spending $3k+!!! In my opinion, these guys are some serious scammers and have some questionable business practices. Being blatantly lied to on top of neglected is only adding insult to injury! Again, in my opinion, avoid this dealership at any and all costs. One of the worst experiences I have had at any business, let alone a supposed "reputable dealership. More

Had to ask but received no answer by text but an email with an estimate but I wasnt aware they were going t email me. Then I had to call to figure out what that was about. When the service takes a lot longer than expected, a quick note to the customer will go a long way or a quick text to let them know you are sending an estimate by email. - windshield wiper arm was broken during service. The inspection sheet showed wiper inspection passed but then I was told the car was not ready because the windshield wiper arm needed to be replaced and that takes an 1 hour (service videos show it takes a lot less than an hour) - tires were not rotated. Front tires were worn noticeably more than rear. Got home and checked, tires were not rotated. No report for tire rotation. No marks on the tires. - service quality has gone down over the years, More
